Refund policy
Return Policy:
To receive a refund all returns must be received or postmarked* within 14 days of the date your order was placed.
*Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned by the post office. Creating the label is not accepted as postmarked.
We will not hold sizes for exchange. The return will be made and the item can be purchased again in a different size.
Return Requirements:
-All tags must still be attached.
-No make-up or deodorant stains, smoke or animal odor.
-Item must not be worn, altered, or laundered.
Return Shipping:

-Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
-Item can be returned in person to our physical location at the above address.
-We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Returns Processing:
-Once we receive your return please allow 2-5 business days for the return to be processed.
-Returns will receive their amount plus taxes back. We will than issue a in-store credit or exchange.
Cancellation or Change:
-Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Defective Merchandise:
-Please inspect your merchandise when you receive it.
-Contact us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise if you find a problem.
